I’m so happy you’ve come to Prescription To Get Active to begin taking control of your health! Did you know tight hip muscles and a weak core can lead to back pain? People tend to focus on their backs specifically when they have back discomfort, but don’t always think about the fact that the lower back connects to our legs at the hips. Since our hips are involved in so many of the movements we make each day, stretching them can unlock a new potential of movement. And since our core muscles help to improve our posture, balance and support the spine, stronger abdominal muscles will help take pressure off your lower back and help align your spine for more freedom with mobility. Many individuals suffer from back pain and these are a few things I enjoy doing that can help you become stronger, more mobile and relieve some of that pain. Enjoy!
