How to remain active during the work day
The Alberta Centre for Active Living has a resource page for how to remain active during a work day. It includes videos on stretching your hands and wrists at your desk (which is very important for those who work at a desk or use a computer most of the day), stretching at your desk and yoga at your desk. There is even a webinar on how to stay physically active at work.
